We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on chemist with a vision for growth to join our team as Product Development Lead, with a clear Path to Chief Product Officer for those ready to rise to the challenge.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Lead the Lab: Oversee day-to-day lab operations, ensuring our products meet exacting specifications for our customers and align with our innovation goals.
  • Coordinate with pilot production: Ensure the quality of our pilot product and help improve pilot plant processes through conducting test runs and evaluating pilot plant data.
  • Drive Product Development: Use your expertise in organic synthesis, analysis, and purification to develop and scale new acetates from our acetic acid. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping sustainable chemistry solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development: Work closely with our business development team to identify new markets and product opportunities, ensuring our lab’s output aligns with real-world needs.
